Do I need all 10 skincare steps every day?

Build around cleansing, moisturising and daytime sun protection. Choose additional products for your own needs. The step numbers make the shop easy to browse; you can keep your routine simple.

What is the difference between First Cleanse and Water Cleanser?

First Cleanse brings together makeup removers, cleansing oils and balms. Water Cleanser groups rinse-off face cleansers such as gels and foams. Compare each product’s directions with what you need to remove.

Where can I find toner pads?

Look under Step 4: Toner for liquid toners and toner pads. Pads made for cleansing or exfoliation can have a different place in your routine, so check the product description and directions.

How do I choose between a serum and an ampoule?

Start with the skin concern you want to focus on, then compare the ingredients, texture and directions. Step 6 brings serums, facial oils and ampoules together so you can choose the format that suits you.

Does every face mask belong in the same part of my routine?

Mask formats work differently. Check whether your choice is a sheet, wash-off or sleeping mask, then follow its application, removal and timing directions.

Where does spot treatment fit?
