🛍️ HOW TO ORDER FROM COCOMO.SG

Ordering from cocomo.sg is quick and seamless:

  1. Browse our product collections

  2. Click on a product for full details

  3. Select quantity using the “+” or “–” buttons

  4. Tap the yellow “Add to Cart” button

  5. Click the cart icon (top right) and select “View Cart” or “Checkout”

  6. Fill in your shipping details

  7. Choose your preferred payment method (see below)

  8. Click “Continue to Payment”, then “Place Order”

✅ A confirmation email with your order number will be sent immediately after payment — only if an email address was provided at checkout.
📦 Tracking details will also be sent via email once your order is processed.


🔄 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be changed once confirmed

  • Cancellations are allowed only for unfulfilled orders, with a 15% cancellation fee

  • If your order is marked as fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled


📦 PREORDER & READY-STOCK SHIPPING

  • Orders containing both ready-stock and preorder items will be shipped only when all items are available

  • For faster delivery, please place separate orders for ready-stock items

  • Preorder status is clearly indicated on each product page — please read the listing carefully before purchasing

  • We do not send follow-up emails to inform if an item is on preorder, as this is already reflected in the product listing

  • If any updates are sent, they will be done within 7 days as a goodwill gesture, not an obligation


🚫 OUT OF STOCK & PRODUCT EXPIRY

  • Out-of-stock items cannot be added to cart

  • Preorder status is clearly shown on product pages

  • For expiry date inquiries, please contact us via Instagram DM or email before purchasing


ORDER ISSUES

If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out via our Contact Page with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo/video evidence of the issue

🟡 If an incorrect item was shipped by our warehouse, we sincerely apologise:
✔️ We will arrange a 1-to-1 exchange at your address, at no cost to you
✔️ This is a one-time in-person service, as it was our fulfillment error

📦 For parcels damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with full photo/video proof

  • We will submit a claim to Ninja Van on your behalf

  • 📌 Per Ninja Van protocol, all damage investigations require up to 30 calendar days

  • Compensation or redelivery will proceed after the investigation is concluded

🚚 DELIVERY INFORMATION

🇸🇬🇲🇾 Singapore & Malaysia:

  • Free shipping for orders SGD $60+

  • Orders below SGD $60: Flat $3.99 shipping fee

🌍 International Orders (outside SG/MY):

  • Shipped via DHL Express

  • Checkout displays a base rate only

  • After placing your order, we will email you the actual shipping cost with a top-up link

  • Customs duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility

📦 Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address:

  • Please allow 48 hours after “Delivered” status before contacting us

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address:

    • Redelivery fee: SGD $3.99

    • Returned items are the buyer’s responsibility

    • No refunds if parcel is disposed of by courier

    • Refunds are not possible for failed deliveries, but redelivery or self-collection may be arranged by request
