Can I self-collect my order?
Self-collection is not available by default. For urgent cases, please WhatsApp us at +65 8425 5525, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if provided at checkout).
If no email was given, Ninja Van will send a text message with tracking details before delivery.
My order shows 'Delivered' but I haven’t received it — what now?
Please wait 48 hours, then contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
What if I entered the wrong address?

No refund will be given if the parcel is disposed of by the courier

📦 Parcel Damage Claims
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
We will initiate a formal claim with the courier.
