Puresome combines a transparent filtered handle with a fine stainless-steel spray plate. The white micro-sediment filter traps visible particles such as rust, dust and dirt before they reach the shower head, while the compact head delivers a focused rinse.

Shower head or replacement filters?
Puresome Shower Head
Choose the complete shower head when setting up your shower. It includes one white Puresome showerhead filter and antibacterial balls in the head.
Shower Head Filter
Choose the refill option for one pack of three white Puresome showerhead filters. This option contains filters only, without a shower head.
The cylindrical white refill fits the Puresome shower handle. The round Vita Pure filter belongs to the separate Vita Puresome head; it does not fit this original round Puresome head.

The fine-fibre micro-sediment filter captures particles carried through the water supply. Its transparent housing lets you see the white filter change colour as it collects impurities, making regular care straightforward.
Easy maintenance
Replace the filter when it is ready
Plan to change the white filter about every one to two months. Replace it sooner when it is heavily discoloured or the water flow becomes noticeably weaker. Water quality and how often you shower affect the replacement interval.
Spray and head
A concentrated spray for daily showers
Closely spaced outlets in the stainless-steel plate guide the water into fine streams. The 65mm head is compact to handle, and the antibacterial balls inside the head complement the sediment filter in the handle.
Water pressure and the strength of the spray depend on your home’s supply and the condition of the filter.
Before installation
Check the hose connection
The connection is approximately 2cm in diameter. Check your existing shower hose before choosing the complete shower head, then connect it firmly by hand without forcing the thread.
Simple installation
Fit the head, then check the flow
Turn off the tap
Switch off the water and unscrew your existing shower head from the hose.
Attach Puresome
Fit the Puresome Shower Head to the compatible hose and tighten by hand.
Run the water
Turn on the tap gradually and check the connection for leaks. If necessary, turn the water off and check the seal before refitting.
If your existing fitting cannot be loosened by hand, ask a plumber to assist. Excessive force can damage the head or connector.
If you open the front of the head for cleaning, keep its internal components in the assembly order shown below and seat the seal before tightening the front ring.

Change the filter in three simple steps
Open the handle
Turn off the tap, then separate the shower head from the clear handle.
Replace the cartridge
Remove the used filter and insert a new Puresome showerhead filter with the black rubber-ring end facing up towards the head.
Refit by hand
Reattach the head gently, then run the water and check for leaks.

What is included

Care and safe use

No. Choose Puresome Shower Head for the complete head. The Shower Head Filter option contains three replacement white filters only.
How do I know when to change the filter?

Does the round Vita Pure filter fit this head?
No. The round Vita Pure vitamin filter is for the Vita Puresome Shower Head. This listing uses the cylindrical white Puresome filter inside the handle.
Can I add the Puresome Brush Shower head?
Yes. The Brush Shower head-only component replaces the top of a compatible Puresome handle. Choose the head-only option on the Puresome Brush Shower listing if you already own the handle.
What if the connection leaks?
Turn off the tap, check that the seal and head components are seated correctly, then reassemble by hand. Avoid forcing the thread. Ask a plumber to check a fitting that does not match or cannot be loosened.
