What it does
Massage and rinse with one shower head
Puresome Brush Shower combines a filtered shower with 16 massage bristles around the spray plate. Use the brush to work through your scalp routine, rinse away shampoo residue or gently massage the body with the softer attachment.

Puresome Brush Shower
Choose the full shower when you need the brush head and handle. The set includes white, black and blue brush attachments.
Head only
Choose this replacement top when you already own a compatible Puresome or Vita Puresome handle. It includes the brush head and three brush attachments, without a new handle.
Both versions use the white Puresome filter in the handle. A head-only purchase uses your existing compatible handle and filter.

Choose the feel that suits the task
White · soft
Soft silicone attachment for body use. Start with the softer brush and use light pressure.
Black · medium
NBR rubber attachment for scalp and hair washing.
Blue · firm
Firm silicone attachment for pet showering and grooming. Keep the pressure gentle.
The three options are interchangeable brush attachments, each with a different firmness. Choose the attachment before turning on the water.
Scalp routine
Work through your wash with gentle massage
Use the brush with light movements to massage the scalp and rinse between the hair. It gives you a way to wash without scratching with your fingernails, and the central spray rinses away shampoo lather.
Start gently
Massage the scalp lightly with the appropriate brush attachment before shampooing.
Wet and lather
Wet the hair, lather shampoo in your hands and apply it to the scalp.
Pause to massage
Use the temporary OFF function while gently massaging the scalp.
Rinse thoroughly
Switch the flow back ON and rinse the scalp and hair clean. Turn the main tap off when finished.
Body care
Use the soft brush for a body massage
Fit the white silicone attachment for a gentler touch on the body. Move it lightly across the area you are washing, keeping the pressure comfortable and rinsing thoroughly afterwards.
Pet shower
Rinse and brush through loose fur
The blue attachment gives a firmer brush for pet showering. Work gently through the coat while rinsing loose fur, avoiding the eyes and ears. Check that the water temperature and pressure are comfortable first.
White handle filter
Keep visible particles out of the rinse
The white micro-sediment filter inside the transparent handle catches rust, dust and other particles. It is the same Puresome handle-filter type used in the compatible shower-head range.
Check the filter regularly and replace it about every one to two months, or sooner if it is heavily discoloured or the flow weakens.
Spray plate
Fine streams surround your shower routine
The stainless-steel spray plate directs water through closely spaced openings, so you can rinse while using the surrounding bristles. The feel of the spray depends on your home’s water supply and filter condition.
Fit it at home
Install the full shower by hand
Switch off the water
Turn off the main tap and unscrew the existing shower head from the hose.
Connect the full shower
Attach the full Puresome Brush Shower to the compatible hose and tighten gently by hand.
Check the seal
Run water gradually and check the connector for leaks. Refit the seal if required, with the water switched off.
Change the top or brush
Refit your compatible handle or swap the brush
For a head-only upgrade, switch off the tap, unscrew the existing Puresome or Vita Puresome top and attach the Brush Shower head to the handle.
Open the front
Turn and open the front ring of the brush head with the water off.
Choose the brush
Lift out the brush attachment and replace it with the white, black or blue attachment.
Reassemble carefully
Seat the brush, rubber seal and stainless-steel spray plate correctly, then tighten the front ring by hand.

Full shower and head-only contents
The full shower option includes the complete shower and three brush attachments. The head-only option contains the replacement top and three brush attachments; it needs an existing compatible Puresome or Vita Puresome handle.
Care and safe use
- The ON/OFF button pauses the flow temporarily. Always turn off the main tap after use.
- Use light pressure and choose a comfortable brush firmness. The blue attachment is the firmest.
- Turn off the water before changing the head, filter or brush.
- Keep the stainless-steel plate and rubber seal correctly seated when cleaning or reassembling.
- Tighten by hand and avoid excessive force.
- Check the water temperature again after changing the flow.

Are the three options water-pressure modes?
They are three interchangeable brush attachments with different firmness levels: white soft, black medium and blue firm. The head also has a temporary ON/OFF flow control.
Can I buy only the top for my existing Puresome shower?
Yes. The head-only version fits a compatible Puresome or Vita Puresome handle. It does not include a new handle.
Which replacement filter does it use?
Use the white cylindrical Puresome showerhead filter that fits inside the transparent handle. Check it regularly and replace it when heavily discoloured or the flow weakens.
Should I leave the tap on when the head is switched OFF?
No. The head’s OFF setting is a temporary pause. Turn off the main water tap after use.
Can I use the same head for scalp, body and pets?
Yes. Swap to the attachment suitable for the task: white soft silicone for body use, black NBR for the scalp and blue firm silicone for pets. Clean the brush after use and keep the pressure comfortable.
How do I change the brush attachment?
With the water off, unscrew the front ring, remove the attachment and insert the brush you want. Reassemble the brush, rubber ring and spray plate carefully, then tighten by hand.
