🛍️ HOW TO ORDER FROM COCOMO.SG

Ordering from cocomo.sg is quick and seamless:

1. Browse our product collections.

2. Click on a product for full details.

3. Select quantity using the “+” or “-” buttons.

4. Tap the yellow “Add to Cart” button.

5. Click the cart icon (top right) and select “View Cart” or “Checkout”.

6. Fill in your shipping details.

7. Choose your payment method (see options below).

8. Click “Continue to Payment”, then “Place Order”.

✅ A confirmation email with your order number will be sent immediately after payment — only if an email address was provided at checkout.

📦 Tracking details will also be sent via email once your order is processed.

🔄 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Orders cannot be changed once confirmed.

• Cancellations are allowed only for unfulfilled orders, with a 15% cancellation fee.

• If your order is marked as fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

📦 PREORDER & READY-STOCK SHIPPING

• Orders containing both ready-stock and preorder items will ship once all items are available.

• For faster delivery of ready-stock, place separate orders.

🚫 OUT OF STOCK & PRODUCT EXPIRY

• Out-of-stock items cannot be added to cart.

• Preorder status is shown clearly on product pages.

🚚 DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Free shipping for orders SGD $60+ in Singapore & Malaysia.

• Orders below SGD $60 incur a flat fee of $3.99.

International Orders (outside SG & MY):

• Shipped via DHL.

• Checkout shows a base rate only.

• After order placement, we will calculate the actual delivery cost and send a top-up request via email.

• Customs duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address:

• Please allow 48 hours after a “Delivered” status before contacting us.

• If undelivered due to incorrect info:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • No refund will be issued if courier disposes the parcel

  • Redelivery fee: SGD $3.99

Self-collection is not available unless specially arranged via WhatsApp.
