Kombucha tea, made convenient
All five flavours contain 10% kombucha powder made with TEAZEN Signature Kombucha fermented extract. The powdered format turns this tea base into an easy drink you can mix fresh with cold water.
The base combines six teas and herbs: Uva black tea, Darjeeling black tea, green tea, rooibos, chamomile and peppermint.
Four fruit-forward recipes
Lemon, Peach, Pink Lemon and Shine Muscat combine the kombucha base with a 12-strain lactic-acid bacteria blend and 5% fructooligosaccharides.
A distinct Yogurt recipe

Korean brown rice is used during fermentation to prepare the kombucha base shared by all five flavours.

The kombucha base is fermented in two stages: 168 hours for the first fermentation, followed by 336 hours for the second. That is 504 hours in total, or 21 days.
This fermented tea base is prepared in powder form, giving you an easy way to make a refreshing kombucha drink with cold water.

Pour 300ml of cold water into a glass with room for the fizz.

Empty one 5g stick into the water.

Stir until the powder dissolves, then enjoy your freshly mixed kombucha.
Prefer it over ice? Use 200ml of water with approximately 150g of ice and one stick.
A little space for the fizz
Make room before you mix
Use a glass or bottle with space at the top so the fizz can rise as the powder dissolves. If you are using a full water bottle, take two or three sips before adding your stick.
For a sparkling-water drink, dissolve the powder in a little still water first, then add sparkling water gradually.
