Cleanse and prepare
Cleanse your face and apply toner. Open one pouch and remove the protective films from both mask pieces.
Fit the lower piece, then the upper
Place the honeycomb-textured side against your skin. Fit the lower piece around your mouth first, then align the upper piece around your eyes. Handle the gel gently without stretching it.
Let the gel turn more transparent
The mask starts becoming transparent from around 20–30 minutes, depending on your skin condition. It can take longer than 40 minutes.
Remove gently and finish
Peel off the mask slowly. Gently pat the remaining essence into your skin, then finish with moisturiser.
The mask is a gel made from the skincare formula without a fabric support. Lift and position each piece carefully so it does not tear.

How long should I leave the mask on?
It usually starts turning transparent from around 20–30 minutes. Depending on your skin condition, this can take more than 40 minutes. Remove it gently and pat in the remaining essence.
It is still not completely transparent after 40 minutes. What should I do?
The degree of transparency depends on skin condition and temperature. Complete transparency is not required before removing the mask; you can still enjoy its moisturising skincare benefits.
Why can the gel tear?
The mask contains the skincare formula in a gel without a supporting fabric sheet. Pressure during delivery or pulling at the cut edges while removing the protective films can tear it. Lift the pieces carefully and avoid stretching them.
Which side should face my skin?
Place the honeycomb-textured side against your skin. Apply the lower piece around the mouth first, followed by the upper piece around the eyes.
