Remove the cover and ring
Open the transparent cover and separate the retaining ring from the device.
Lay the pad and refit the ring
Place the pad over the contact surface, then secure it with the retaining ring.

Place the jelly side facing up for your regular pad-care step.
Embossed side for rough areas
