A 30-minute soak, every other week

Allow approximately 30 minutes for soaking, then complete the machine’s normal cleaning cycle. The capsule liquid dissolves readily, reducing the soaking stage from the earlier powder format’s 90 minutes to 30 minutes.

Plan for the full cycle: 30 minutes is the soaking stage. The wash and rinse cycle takes additional time.

Pre-measured liquid, no loose powder

Take a capsule out with dry hands and place it directly in the empty drum. There is no measuring scoop or loose powder to scatter. The water-soluble membrane releases the cleaning liquid as it dissolves.

The formula combines plant-derived surfactants with sugarcane and green-tea extracts. Reseal the original pouch after every use and store it away from children.

How to clean your washing machine

  1. Empty the drum and add the capsule

    Remove all laundry. Use one capsule for a washer rated below 17kg, or two capsules for a washer rated above 17kg. For a 17kg machine, follow the directions on your pack or confirm the dose before use.

  2. Use warm water and soak

    Use a compatible warm programme above 40°C and soak for about 30 minutes. Follow your machine’s temperature and operating limits.

  3. Run a complete cleaning cycle

    After soaking, resume the machine’s normal wash and rinse sequence, or use a compatible tub-clean programme. Do not add laundry or another cleaning product.

  4. Clear loosened residue

    Wipe accessible debris from the drum with a damp cloth. If residue remains, run an additional empty self-clean or normal cycle before washing clothes.

Choose the setting your machine supports

No soaking mode

Use the tub-clean or suitable high-temperature programme when available. Alternatively, allow a top-loader to fill to a medium-high or high level, then pause for about 30 minutes. For a front-loader, use its highest permitted water level and pause only if the machine supports it. If switching off to soak, follow the appliance manual before restarting. Never bypass a door lock.

Cold-water-only machines

Cold water can be used, although warm water cleans more effectively. Add warm water manually only if the appliance manufacturer permits it: start with some cold water, then carefully bring it to a suitable temperature around 40°C. Protect yourself from hot-water splashes; do not force open a front-loader or exceed its limits.
