Use on a clean, dry face. Begin with the lower intensity and follow the included device manual.

Insert your serum

Remove the serum cap, open the device’s bottom cover and fit your chosen SkinMax cartridge securely.

Select your intensity

Turn on the device and choose the lower or higher intensity. Start low, especially when trying the device for the first time.

Dispense and glide

Press the pump to dispense serum. Glide gently upward and outward across the face for approximately 90 seconds, keeping the head moving.

Finish your skincare

Let remaining serum absorb, then apply moisturiser. Finish with sunscreen during the day. Wipe the treatment head clean and replace the protective cap after use.

Storage and Safety
  • Use only AALOK SkinMax serum cartridges with the device. Do not refill cartridges with other products.
  • Use on the face only. Avoid the eyes, lips and thyroid area. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
  • Patch test a new serum and start with the lower intensity. Stop use if irritation occurs.
  • Follow the contraindications and charging directions in the included device manual. If you are receiving skin treatment, consult your healthcare professional before use.
  • Keep the device and charging connection dry. Clean the treatment head after use and store with its protective cap on.
  • Keep serum cartridges capped, away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of children’s reach. Follow the expiry and storage information printed on the packaging.
Frequently Asked Questions

Does the device come with serum?

No. Device and serum options are sold separately. Add at least one serum cartridge when purchasing your first device.

Can I use SkinMax without a cartridge?

No. It needs an AALOK SkinMax cartridge to recognise the serum and activate the matching preset.

Can I use another brand’s serum in the device?

No. Use only compatible AALOK SkinMax cartridges. Do not refill a cartridge with another formula.

Can the serums be used by hand?

Yes. The serums can be applied manually during your usual skincare routine. Using SkinMax adds the matched EP, microcurrent and LED care step.

Which serum should I choose?

Choose Yellow 01 for dullness and uneven tone, Blue 02 for hydration and soothing care, or Purple 03 for firmness, elasticity and fine-line care.

Can I switch between cartridges?

Yes. Choose one cartridge for your session and switch to another for a different skincare focus. The device automatically loads the preset for the inserted cartridge.

How long is one session?

Approximately 90 seconds. Keep the head moving gently across the face and follow the manual’s directions.

How often should I use it?

Use once daily as part of your routine, following the included manual and your skin’s comfort.

How long does a serum cartridge last?

Approximately 15 days with daily use. The duration depends on the amount dispensed and how often that cartridge is used.

Is the device rechargeable?

Yes. Recharge it with the included USB-C cable and follow the charging instructions in the manual.
