THOME Skincare Guide: Find Your Serum or Boost Ampoule

COCOMO Curation · THOME
Nine formulas. One clearer starting point.
Fine lines, visible redness, dryness and uneven-looking tone call for different kinds of care. THOME gives you nine focused formulas across two families: Triple-Synergy serums and the precision-tip Wrinkle Shot, plus five Boost Ampoules.
At COCOMO, we make the choice practical: start with the skin goal that matters most, then choose a formula that fits how you use skincare. A serum slots into your usual routine; a Boost Ampoule also provides comfortable glide with THOME ultrasound devices. You can explore the range without building a complicated nine-step routine.
Start with your main skin goal
Which THOME formula fits your skin?
These are starting points to help you compare the range. Choose one new formula first and give your routine time to settle.
Fine lines and less bounce
Explore CPR Serum for an all-over evening step, or the 0.2% Retinal Wrinkle Shot for selected areas. Choose one retinal option.
Redness, oil and blemish marks
Start with ABC Serum. For a soothing Boost formula that also provides device glide, explore Exosome Boost.
Dryness and a tight feeling
Choose PPM Serum for barrier-focused care, or Hyaluron Boost when hydration is the priority in your Boost routine.
Uneven tone, pores or dullness
Explore Niacinamide Boost for tone, Peptide Boost for firmness and texture, or PDRN Boost for a supple, bouncy look.
Family one · Triple-Synergy care
Three serums and one targeted retinal shot
Each formula has a clear role. Compare the ingredient combinations as well as the skin concern, especially when choosing between the two retinal products.

CPR Wrinkle Care Serum
30ml · Fine lines, firmness and texture
Choose CPR when visible lines, rough-looking texture and loss of bounce sit at the top of your list. It combines 1% collagen complex, 1% peptide complex and 0.1% retinal in one capsule-filled evening serum. Collagen care replenishes moisture, peptides care for a firmer-looking finish, and retinal targets the appearance of wrinkles and uneven texture.
This is the all-over serum option for your evening routine. Apply two or three drops after toner, then follow with moisturiser. Begin two or three nights a week and build gradually as your skin adjusts.

ABC Redness Comfort Serum
30ml · Visible redness, oil and blemish marks
Choose ABC when your main concerns are visible redness, excess oil and the marks a blemish leaves behind. The formula brings together 10% azelaic acid, 5% niacinamide and 1% centella asiatica for a calmer, more even-looking complexion.
Azelaic acid puts redness and blemish care in focus, niacinamide cares for oil balance and uneven-looking tone, and centella adds soothing comfort. Introduce a small amount on dry skin in the evening, before moisturiser. If you are deciding between these first two serums, read our CPR-versus-ABC guide.

PPM Barrier Serum
30ml · Hydration, barrier care and comfort
Choose PPM when skin feels dry or tight and you want a comfortable, plumper-looking finish. This capsule serum combines 1.2% PDRN, 1.2% panthenol and 0.12% madecassoside. PDRN cares for a supple, radiant appearance; panthenol replenishes moisture; and madecassoside, a centella-derived ingredient, adds soothing care.
Spread an appropriate amount gently over cleansed skin, then finish with moisturiser. PPM is the barrier-focused serum in this family. It is a different formula from the PDRN Boost Ampoule below, with different ingredients and strengths.

CPR Retinal 0.2% Wrinkle Shot
15ml · Targeted wrinkle care
Choose the Wrinkle Shot when you want a precision-tip product for selected wrinkle-prone areas. It combines 0.2% retinal with collagen and peptide care for a smoother, firmer-looking complexion. The slim tip makes it easy to dispense a small amount where you want focused care.
The retinal concentration is higher than in the 0.1% CPR Serum. Choose one retinal formula for the evening; keep CPR Serum and Wrinkle Shot as alternatives. After cleansing and toning, gently press a small amount into selected areas, then apply moisturiser.

Five focused formulas for your Boost routine
All five Boost Ampoules come in 30g tubes. Each has a different skin focus and a texture that provides comfortable glide with THOME ultrasound devices. Match the formula to your concern, then follow the product and device directions.

Peptide Boost Ampoule
30g · Firmness, texture and visible pores
Choose Peptide Boost when skin looks less firm and you want a smoother, more refined finish. Peptide complex and EGF care for an elastic-looking appearance, while niacinamide and tannin complex care for tone, oil balance and the look of pores.
Its lightweight, hydrating texture also provides comfortable glide in a THOME ultrasound-device routine. Smooth on an even layer and replenish it as needed during use.

This is the comfort-focused Boost option for sensitive-feeling or blemish-prone skin. It also provides glide with THOME ultrasound devices; keep an even, moist layer over the skin throughout your device routine.

Its hydrating texture is suited to a THOME ultrasound-device routine, with extra ampoule added whenever the skin needs more glide. Make this your moisture-focused choice when hydration is the main goal.

Niacinamide Boost Ampoule
30g · Uneven tone, dark-spot appearance and oil
Choose Niacinamide Boost when uneven-looking tone, post-breakout marks and excess oil are your main concerns. Niacinamide, tranexamic acid and arbutin work together on a brighter, more even-looking complexion.
This is the tone-focused Boost option, with a texture that also provides glide for THOME ultrasound devices. Apply an even layer over freshly cleansed skin and add more during the routine when needed.

PDRN Boost Ampoule
30g · Bounce, suppleness and dullness
Choose PDRN Boost when skin looks dull or less bouncy. It combines 1% dual PDRN, a triple collagen complex and 10% collagen water for hydration and a supple, more resilient-looking finish.
Its focus is refreshed-looking skin with a firmer, bouncier appearance. Like the other four Boost Ampoules, it also provides comfortable glide with THOME ultrasound devices. Keep its formula separate from PPM Serum when comparing ingredient strengths.

How to bring THOME into your skincare
-
Choose one starting formula
Introduce one new product at a time. Keep cleansing, moisturiser and daytime sun protection consistent so it is easy to understand how the new step feels on your skin.
-
Make retinal an evening step
Use CPR Serum or the 0.2% Wrinkle Shot two or three nights a week at first, then increase gradually as tolerated. Finish with moisturiser and use daytime sunscreen. Skip retinal during pregnancy.
-
Use Boosts for device glide
For a THOME ultrasound-device routine, apply an even layer of a Boost Ampoule to cleansed skin. Move the device as directed in its instructions, top up the ampoule whenever glide decreases, and gently press in the remainder.
-
Keep the product roles clear
Use the two retinal formulas on separate evenings rather than together. Keep retinal out of THOME ultrasound-device sessions. The five Boost Ampoules are the device-glide choices in this guide; follow each product’s own directions.
Your THOME questions
A few useful answers before you choose
Do I need a THOME device to explore the collection?
You can choose a Triple-Synergy serum or the targeted Wrinkle Shot as a skincare step in its own right. The five Boost Ampoules also provide glide for THOME ultrasound devices. Pick the formula for your skin goal and follow its directions.
What is the difference between CPR Serum and the Wrinkle Shot?
CPR Serum is a 30ml all-over serum with 0.1% retinal, 1% collagen complex and 1% peptide complex. The 15ml Wrinkle Shot has a precision tip and 0.2% retinal for selected areas. Choose one retinal formula for an evening.
Are PPM Serum and PDRN Boost the same formula?
They are separate formulas. PPM Serum combines 1.2% PDRN, 1.2% panthenol and 0.12% madecassoside for barrier-focused care. PDRN Boost combines 1% dual PDRN, triple collagen complex and 10% collagen water, with glide for THOME ultrasound devices.
Which should I explore for uneven-looking tone?
ABC Serum combines azelaic acid, niacinamide and centella for visible redness, oil balance and blemish marks. Niacinamide Boost focuses on brighter, more even-looking tone with niacinamide, tranexamic acid and arbutin. Choose by your main concern and routine.
