Which MEDIHEAL Toner Pad Should You Choose? The Original 24/7 Guide

The COCOMO beauty edit · Original 24/7 range
One skincare step. The right pad for you.
Eight coloured tubs can make a simple toner step feel like a big decision. Start with what your skin needs most: comfortable hydration, a calmer-looking complexion, brighter tone, smoother texture or a firmer-looking finish.
MEDIHEAL 24/7 toner pads put targeted essence onto a ready-to-use square pad. Sweep lightly after cleansing or, where the formula allows, place pads on selected areas for a short mask treatment. Then continue with the rest of your skincare.
This guide covers the original 24/7 Day & Night range at COCOMO, with Watermide Moisture in the blue tub and 90 pads in Phyto-Enzyme.
Start with your skin
Which MEDIHEAL toner pad should you choose?
Pick the concern you want to focus on first. You can change your pad on another day; a good routine does not need all eight at once.
| Your main concern | Your pad |
|---|---|
| Blemish marks and uneven tone | Madecassoside Blemish Pad |
| Oiliness and unsettled-looking skin | Teatree Trouble Pad |
| Dryness, tightness and dehydration | Watermide Moisture Pad |
| Dryness and a lack of bounce | Collagen Ampoule Pad |
| Dullness and an uneven-looking tone | Vitamide Brightening Pad |
| Rough texture and surface buildup | Phyto-Enzyme Peeling Pad |
| Fine lines and firmness | Retinol Collagen Lifting Pad |
| Visible pores and a loss of bounce | PDRN Lifting Pad |
Two useful distinctions: Watermide is the hydration-first choice; Collagen Ampoule adds a more nourishing feel. Madecassoside focuses on blemish marks and tone; Teatree focuses on oil balance and calming care.

Meet your everyday match.

Madecassoside Blemish Pad
Blemish marks and uneven tone. Choose this when the blemish has passed but your complexion still looks uneven. Madecassoside, Centella Asiatica and niacinamide combine soothing care with a brighter, more even-looking finish.
Glycerin and allantoin keep the toner step comfortably hydrating. The soft gauze pad works for a gentle sweep or targeted mask care.
Your priority: lingering marks with a need for soothing care.

Teatree Trouble Pad
Oiliness and unsettled-looking skin. Reach for Teatree when oily areas and visible redness are your main concern. Tea tree leaf water, oil and extracts bring a refreshing, calming step to a blemish-prone routine.
Lactobacillus ferment, glycerin and allantoin round out the light essence. Glide with minimal pressure; repeated rubbing is unnecessary.
Your priority: a fresh, balanced feel with light hydration.

Watermide Moisture Pad
Dryness, tightness and dehydration. Give thirsty skin a refreshing moisture step. The original blue Watermide tub combines ten forms of hyaluronic acid with squalane and other humectants for soft, supple-feeling skin.
Its gel-like pad texture sits closely against dry-feeling areas. Use it after cleansing, then finish with moisturiser to keep your routine comfortable.
Your priority: hydration with a cooling, lightweight feel.

Collagen Ampoule Pad
Dryness and a lack of bounce. Choose the pink tub when skin feels dry and looks less supple. Collagen extract, milk protein and ceramide NP bring a nourishing, cushioned feel to the toner step.
Peptides and adenosine complement its fine-line appearance care. This is the moisture-and-nourishment choice when you want a plump-looking finish without choosing the dedicated retinol pad.
Your priority: a softer, comfortably nourished complexion.

Vitamide Brightening Pad
Dullness and an uneven-looking tone. The yellow tub puts radiance first. Niacinamide, sea buckthorn water and a vitamin blend refresh a dull-looking complexion and leave skin feeling hydrated before the next skincare layer.
The vitamin blend includes Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, a vitamin C derivative. It also contains retinol, so include it when checking the actives in your routine.
Your priority: a brighter, fresher-looking glow.

Phyto-Enzyme Peeling Pad
Rough texture and surface buildup. Choose Phyto-Enzyme for a dedicated exfoliating step. Papain, LHA and betaine salicylate lift dead-skin buildup and refine the look of pores for a smoother-feeling surface.
Gently sweep with the embossed side, then finish with the smoother side. Start occasionally and keep it on a separate occasion from Retinol Collagen while introducing either pad.
Your priority: texture refinement. This original tub contains 90 pads.

Retinol Collagen Lifting Pad
Fine lines and firmness. Make this your focused evening option for smoother, firmer-looking skin. Retinol, hydrolyzed collagen, adenosine and ceramide NP combine treatment care with a moisturised, supple finish.
Gently stretch the flexible fabric to fit your cheek or another target area without pulling the skin. Introduce it gradually, follow with moisturiser and wear sunscreen during the day.
Your priority: targeted fine-line and elasticity care.

PDRN Lifting Pad
Visible pores and a loss of bounce. The purple tub pairs rose-derived PDRN with niacinamide, panthenol and ectoin for a hydrated, smoother and firmer-looking complexion.
Its stretchable pad makes targeted contact easy. Gently adjust the fabric to fit the area, then pat in the remaining essence after removing it.
Sold out at publication on 9 October 2026. Check the range page for availability.

How to use your MEDIHEAL toner pads.
-
Cleanse and choose
Remove makeup and cleanse first. Take a fresh pad with clean tweezers, then close the tub firmly to keep the remaining pads moist.
-
Sweep or place
For toner care, glide gently over the face, avoiding the eyes and lips. For mask care with Madecassoside, Teatree, Watermide, Collagen or Vitamide, place pads on targeted areas for up to 15 minutes and remove before they dry.
-
Pat in the essence
Let the remaining essence absorb without rinsing. With Phyto-Enzyme, use a light embossed-side sweep followed by the smoother side. Stretch flexible pads gently to fit without tugging your skin.
-
Finish your routine
Follow with serum if wanted, then moisturiser. Make sunscreen your final daytime skincare step. Use each pad once.
Keep active-pad care comfortable. Introduce Phyto-Enzyme and Retinol Collagen gradually and use them on separate occasions. Retinol Collagen fits naturally into an evening routine. Vitamide also contains retinol.
Patch test a new formula and follow the pack directions. Avoid broken or irritated skin and stop if irritation occurs. Avoid retinoid-containing skincare during pregnancy.
Choose by the day, not by every colour
Build a routine you will keep.
When skin feels tight
Start with Watermide for a refreshing hydration step, or Collagen Ampoule when you prefer a nourishing, cushioned finish. Follow with moisturiser.
When skin looks unsettled
Choose Teatree for oil-balance-focused calming care. Reach for Madecassoside when lingering marks and uneven-looking tone are the bigger concern.
When your glow looks flat
Choose Vitamide for brightening care. If rough surface buildup is your main issue, use Phyto-Enzyme on a separate occasion and finish with moisture.
When firmness is your focus
Use Retinol Collagen as a gradual evening addition. Keep the rest of the routine simple and comfortable, and protect your skin with daytime sunscreen.

MEDIHEAL toner pad FAQs
Which version does this guide cover?
The original MEDIHEAL 24/7 Day & Night range sold at COCOMO, including Watermide Moisture and the 90-pad Phyto-Enzyme tub.
Which pad should I choose for blemish-prone skin?
Choose Teatree Trouble when oiliness and unsettled-looking skin are your main concern. Choose Madecassoside Blemish when lingering blemish marks and uneven-looking tone matter more.
Are all MEDIHEAL toner pads exfoliating?
No. Phyto-Enzyme is the dedicated exfoliating option in this range. Watermide focuses on hydration, while the other formulas have their own targeted skincare benefits.
Do I rinse after using a toner pad?
No. Pat in the remaining essence, then apply serum if wanted and follow with moisturiser. These pads go after cleansing; they do not replace your cleanser or makeup remover.
Can I leave the pads on overnight?
No. Day & Night refers to when the pads fit into a routine. Remove a targeted mask before it dries and follow the directions for your chosen formula.
Do I need to use all eight formulas?
No. Choose one pad for your main concern in that routine. You can use different formulas on different occasions without layering every type.
Do all the tubs contain 100 pads?
Seven formulas contain 100 pads per tub. The original Phyto-Enzyme Peeling Pad contains 90 pads.
Does Vitamide Brightening contain retinol too?
Yes. Retinol appears in its original vitamin blend. Retinol Collagen Lifting is the dedicated retinol option. Check the full ingredients on the linked product pages when choosing your routine.
Are these fragrance-free or fully vegan?
Do not assume that for the whole range. Several formulas contain aromatic oils, and Collagen Ampoule contains Milk Protein Extract. Fabric certification applies to the pad material; check each full formula for your preferences.
Where can I check stock and prices?
