The Perm features a two-step process: softening milk to flexibly loosen existing eyebrows and using a fix neutralizer to set them in your desired shape. The kit includes a specially designed duo brush for foolproof application, ensuring even beginners achieve salon-quality results. Youthme unique formulation, containing natural moisturizing factors like urea and hydrolyzed collagen, offers safe and effective care for your delicate eyebrow skin.

Frequency and Direction of Use:
1. After cleansing your face, remove any remaining oil and moisture from your eyebrows.
2. If your skin is sensitive, apply a thick layer of lip balm around both eyebrows and then use the product.
3. Apply Part 1 Softening Milk (softener) evenly from the inside to the outside of both eyebrows.
4. After about 8 to 12 minutes, use a cotton pad or cotton swab to cleanly wipe off Agent 1 from bottom to top.
5. Use the perm direction of the built-in brush to comb from bottom to top to correct and style the eyebrow texture.
6. Apply Part 2 Fix the neutralizer gently on both eyebrows to avoid disturbing the styling.
7. After about 81 or 12 minutes, wipe cleanly in the desired grain direction. Using the fixed direction of the built-in brush, comb again in the direction of the grain and fix it.

PRECAUTIONS:
1. When using cosmetics or after using them, consult a specialist if there are any abnormal symptoms or side effects such as red spots, swelling, or itching due to direct sunlight on the area of use.
2. Avoid contact with the eyes, and wash immediately if it gets into the eyes.
3. Precautions for storage and handling : a) Store out of reach of children; b) Store away from direct sunlight.
