[ARTPE] First Do Spot Patch S (1Box)
The active ingredients deeply penetrate the skin, reducing inflammation and absorbing all the acne causing sebum and dirt. The patch does not have any harsh chemicals or ingredients, making it safe for use on sensitive skin. The patch also covers the blemish or the acne so that you do not pick or touch it, ensuring you don’t introduce bacteria to the acne site that could worsen the situation. The patch is easy to stick on and uses Hydrocolloid technology to ensure it adheres to the skin’s surface for several hours until you are ready to take it off.
The Firstdo Spot patches come in a box with five packs, and each pack contains 2 spot treatments that weight 5mg each. Each patch contains approximately 180 microneedles.
Directions of use
Clean the area around the acne spot and ensure you dry it completely.
Remove the protective film from the spot patch and apply it on the problem spot.
Lightly press the patch on for five seconds.
Remove and replace it with a new patch after 8-12 hours.
Epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG, is derived from tea and helps reduce inflammation while promoting cell repair.
Totarol is a plant-derived ingredient that has anti-bacterial properties and helps fight acne-causing bacteria. This ingredient also helps encourage the skin to repair itself.
Hyaluronic acid can hold up to 1000 times its weight in moisture, making it ideal for hydrating your skin. This ensures that the trouble spot does not dry up while the patch is on, as dryness can weaken the skin cells.

How do I make a purchase?

Specify the quantity of said item that you want by clicking on the “+” or “-” icons next to the number 1.

Click the blue button of 'continue to payment' at the bottom of the shipping method and then you can meet 'paynow'. After payment, “PLACE ORDER” or “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” depending on your confirmed mode of payment.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with a number confirming your order.
What is an order tracking number, and how do I get one?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a tracking number for your package. You can use it to check the status of your order in regard to shipping at Track Your Order
How long until my order is confirmed?
Usually this process is immediate. As soon as you have placed an order and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email as soon as you place an order and complete payment. This email is a guarantee that your order has been confirmed. Without this email, your order will not have been confirmed.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been paid for and confirmed?
Unfortunately, amendments can cause delays to your and possibly other clients’ orders. This is because all orders are processed immediately to avoid any mix ups. Therefore once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended in any way.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
We do not encourage cancellation of orders once they have been confirmed. Since we receive a lot of orders, it can cause a lot of delay to go through each one individually. If you still want to cancel, then there will be cancellation fee for the same. then there will be a cancellation fee of 15% (of the total order amount that includes delivery charges).

Overseas shipping charges are based on the weight of package. The charges specified when you cart out is only the base price. After you place an order, we will reweigh, match the weight and recharge the actual delivery fees for you to pay.

Is it possible to make bulk purchases and get a discount?
You can specify the quantity of each product that you need as you add to your cart. If there is a sale, you it will be noted carefully in the product information page. Usually the original price will be struck through and the discount price noted next to it. Most payments and orders are processed immediately. If you have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email in 24 hours, please contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp. Do not repeat the same order in order to avoid any unnecessary duplication.

How do I determine shipping cost for a product that I have ordered?

Can I collect my delivery directly from cocomo.sg?

How do I collect my package once it is delivered?
You can use your order tracking number to check whether your product has been delivered on Track Your Order Status .
